Fixing or explaining a tech issue sometimes means being on a device that holds personal photos, messages, or accounts. Only what's needed to complete the job you've asked for is accessed. Nothing on your device is copied, shared, browsed, or used for any purpose beyond the work agreed with you.

How your information is used

Your details are used only to:

• Provide a quote and arrange a booking
• Carry out and follow up on the tech support you've requested
• Contact you about that job (for example, to confirm a time or check something's working properly afterwards)

Your information is never sold, and is not shared with any third party except where required by law.

How it's stored

Contact details are kept only as long as needed for the reasons above, using reasonable steps to keep them secure. If you'd like your details removed at any time, just ask.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking. It does load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to display them — Google may log standard technical information (like your IP address) as part of that request, in line with Google's own privacy policy.
